If the product is not suitable for you, you can make a refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
Fill out the return form that was enclosed in your parcel or fill out the electronic version.
We have tried to make the return procedure as convenient and easy as possible, and we offer you several options.:

RETURN TO THE ALL WE NEED RETAIL STORE
Hand over the products and the application to an employee of the ALL WE NEED retail store.
You can return your purchase from the online store to any convenient store of the ALL WE NEED brand (except for ALL WE NEED MAN in the Metropolis Shopping Center, Moscow and ALL WE NEED MAN in Aviapark Shopping Center, Moscow).
PICK-UP BY COURIER (in Moscow)
In order to save your personal time, we can arrange to pick up the returned goods.

After agreeing on all the details of the refund, we will choose a convenient date for the courier to arrive at your place.
The cost of the shipment in case of an unsuccessful transfer will not be compensated. Courier departure cost: 490 rubles (in Moscow).
"EASY REFUND" VIA THE COURIER SERVICE 5Post or SDEK
From any city in Russia, we will help you issue a refund for only 490 rubles, and we will cover all expenses over this amount.

After paying for the "easy refund" service, the operator will provide instructions on how to make a refund.
The cost of the shipment is 490 rubles, to be paid in advance.
Please take care of the packaging of the product being shipped. If the packaging will be made at the pick-up point, it will be paid for separately.
RETURN IT YOURSELF VIA ANY COURIER SERVICE

Pack the returned product in an airtight package (you can use the original packaging or any other one of your choice). Put the printed statement in the package.
Use the services of any courier service of your choice and send the refund yourself (the cost of self-dispatch is not compensated)

Attention! We are not responsible for the loss, delay or damage of returned items during delivery.

If the purchase was made in an offline store, the refund is made directly at the store where the product was purchased. If you have placed an online order, follow the instructions above when returning.

If you have returned an online order, a refund will be made within 5 days of our receipt of the product. When paying at the terminal or in cash, specify your bank details in the refund application form.

Please note that the timing of funds transfer to the card depends on your bank. You have the right to return an item of proper quality within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

A refund is possible if the following conditions are met:

the product was not in use;
Its presentation and consumer properties have been preserved.;
attached is a document confirming the purchase and a completed return form, which was enclosed in the parcel.
The products supplied in the package are accepted only in the complete set. In case of refusal of the product, the seller returns the amount paid, minus shipping costs, no later than 5 days after receiving the refund request. 

According to article 26.1, the consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days.

In case of the buyer's refusal of the goods, the seller is obliged to refund the amount paid, except for the cost of delivery of the returned goods, within ten days from the date of receipt of the relevant request from the buyer.

According to article 19, paragraph 1, of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, the consumer has the right to submit claims provided for in Article 18 of this Law to the seller (manufacturer, authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer) regarding defects in the goods if they are found during the warranty period or expiration date.

According to article 19, paragraph 2, of the Law on Consumer Protection, the warranty period of the product, as well as its service life, is calculated from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer, unless otherwise provided by the contract. If it is impossible to determine the date of transfer, these periods are calculated from the date of manufacture of the goods. 

According to Article 19, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, after the expiration of the warranty period (30 days from the date of receipt of the goods), the burden of proving the presence of a manufacturing defect in the goods (conducting an expert examination) lies with the consumer.

For seasonal goods (shoes, clothing, and others), the warranty period is calculated from the moment of the onset of the corresponding season, the period of which is determined respectively by the subjects of the Russian Federation based on the climatic conditions of the location of consumers.

According to Article 18, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the seller (manufacturer), an authorized organization or an authorized individual entrepreneur, or the importer are required to accept goods of inadequate quality from the consumer and, if necessary, to check the quality of the goods. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality control of the goods.

In the event of a dispute about the causes of defects in the goods, the seller (manufacturer), an authorized organization or an authorized individual entrepreneur, or the importer are required to conduct an expert examination of the goods at their own expense. The examination of the goods is carried out within the time limits established by Articles 20, 21 and 22 of this Law in order to meet the relevant consumer requirements. The consumer has the right to be present during the examination of the goods and, in case of disagreement with its results, to challenge the conclusion of such an examination in court.

If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its defects arose due to circumstances for which the seller (manufacturer) is not responsible, the consumer is obliged to reimburse the seller (manufacturer), an authorized organization or an authorized individual entrepreneur, the importer for the costs of conducting the examination, as well as the associated costs of storing and transporting the goods."

You cannot exchange the product for the same one, but in a different color or size. But you can return something that didn't fit and make a new order in the online store. Please note that the price of the product may differ from the original one.
