If the purchase was made in an offline shop, the return is made directly in the shop where the product was purchased. If you have placed an online order, please follow the instructions above for returns.
If you have placed a refund on an online order, the refund will be issued within 5 days of us receiving the goods.
Please note that the timeframe for crediting your card depends on your bank. You have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Refunds are possible under the following conditions:
Goods delivered as a set are accepted only in a complete set. In case of rejection of the goods, the seller will refund the paid amount, less shipping costs, not later than 14 days from the receipt of the request for return. If there is a dispute about the cause of the defect during the warranty period, the store will conduct an expert examination at its own expense. If the examination establishes that the defect was caused by circumstances for which the seller is not responsible (e.g., violation of the rules of use or care), the buyer will have to reimburse the costs of the examination. The return of the goods shall be made to the address specified in the return application.
According to Article 26.1, the consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of goods - within seven days.
If the buyer rejects the goods, the seller must return the amount paid, excluding the costs of delivery of the returned goods, within ten days of receipt of the buyer's request.
According to Article 19, paragraph 1 of the "Law on Protection of Consumer Rights" Consumer has the right to make claims under Article 18 of this Law to the seller (manufacturer, authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer) in respect of defects of goods, if they are discovered during the warranty period or the period of validity.
According to Article 19, paragraph 2 of the "Law on Protection of Consumer Rights" Warranty period of goods, as well as its service life is calculated from the date of transfer of goods to the consumer, unless otherwise provided by the contract. If the day of transfer cannot be established, these terms shall be calculated from the day of manufacture of the goods.
According to Art. 19 p. 6 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" after the expiration of the warranty period (30 days from the date of receipt of the goods) the burden of proof of the presence of a manufacturing defect of the goods (examination) lies on the consumer.
For seasonal goods (footwear, clothing and other) the warranty period is calculated from the moment of the onset of the relevant season, the date of which is determined by the subjects of the Russian Federation accordingly based on the climatic conditions of the consumers' location.
According to Art. 18 para. 5 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" Seller (manufacturer), authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer are obliged to accept the goods of improper quality from the consumer and, if necessary, to conduct a quality check of the goods. The consumer has the right to participate in the inspection of the quality of goods.
In the event of a dispute about the causes of defects of goods, the seller (manufacturer), authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer shall be obliged to conduct an expert examination of goods at their own expense. Expert examination of goods shall be conducted within the time limits established by Articles 20, 21 and 22 of this Law to meet the relevant requirements of the consumer. The consumer has the right to be present during the expert examination of goods and in case of disagreement with its results to challenge the conclusion of such an expert examination in court.
If as a result of examination of goods it is established that its defects have arisen due to circumstances for which the seller (manufacturer) is not responsible, the consumer shall be obliged to reimburse the seller (manufacturer), authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer for the costs of the examination, as well as the costs of storage and transportation of goods associated with its conduct."
You cannot exchange a product for the same product in a different color or size. However, you can return the item that does not fit and place a new order in the online store. Please note that the price of the item may differ from the original price.
