The terms and options of delivery depend on the selected city. In our online store, there is free delivery in Russia for a single purchase of more than 25,000 rubles.

Moscow, Moscow Region (up to 30 km from the MKAD), and Saint Petersburg (within the KAD)

• The shipping cost is 500 rubles (for purchases under 25,000 rubles)
• When placing an order, you will be able to select the delivery date and time interval
• The fitting time is 15 minutes.
• The maximum number of items to be ordered upon delivery is 6 (but no more than 4 pieces of outerwear or 4 pairs of shoes)
• You can only order items that are in stock in your city. All other items can be ordered by prepayment and without fitting
• Please note that each order is delivered separately, even if you choose to receive it on the same day.
• When ordering with a fitting, you can only deduct bonuses for the amount of the actual purchase. Other bonuses will be returned to your account.

• Store life is 2 days.
• Pickup is free, and payment is made after trying on items in the store
• Order placement is not a confirmation of the order. Once the order is completed, you will receive an email notification.
• Reservations are made only from the remaining stock of the selected store, and one customer can reserve no more than 6 items at a time without payment
• After 2 days, the reservation is automatically canceled.

• Order fulfillment takes 1-3 days (excluding the day of order placement)
• In the product card, you can see the status "Product is available for prepayment." This status means that the product is not in stock in your city and will be brought specifically for you
• The status "Available for order with fitting in your city" means that the product is in stock in your city and will be delivered to your home for fitting.
