Loyalty programme policies
Your loyalty programme membership is a virtual card and does not have a material storage substitute.
Register/log in on the ALL WE NEED website using your mobile number. The card ID corresponds to your mobile number. The ALL WE NEED loyalty programme offers a progressive discount system: the more you shop, the more you earn.
Earn points by shopping both online and offline. By returning items you lose loyalty points. When changing the phone number, the Buyer must contact an authorized representative of the store, or visit the store to leave the information about the card holder and determine the current amount of savings and discount levels. The change of information and re-issuance of a new card is possible only with the provision of the user's previous phone number or surname and name. If the procedure is done correctly the amount of savings and the discount level are transferred to the new card number while the previous card is terminated. If the loyalty card is not connected with the Buyer’s phone number, or if the phone number is incorrect in the user data, changes are made by the authorized representative of the store with the personal appeal of the card holder. The amount of savings and the discount level set in the previous card number (phone number) are transferred to the new card number while the previous card is terminated.

When placing an online order, the money amount is automatically credited to the loyalty card. Card information is not transferable to third parties. To participate in the loyalty program, you must inform your Surname, first name, patronymic (if any), date of birth, phone number and email address to an authorized representative of the store upon purchase. An SMS message with an activation code will be sent to the phone to confirm the phone number, as well as a link to the policy for processing and storing personal data, which implies the consent of the participant to the proposed terms of the loyalty programme. The conditions for participation in the loyalty programme include sending the user information, advertising and other materials of the store both by e-mail newsletters and by sms messages. The Buyer has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time in any convenient way.

The store has the right to amend these Rules without prior notice to the user. Participation in the loyalty program and indicating your data is not a prerequisite for the purchase.
